What We Do

Icon Factory is a free tool that solves one specific problem for app developers: generating all the PNG icon sizes required by iOS, Android, and HarmonyOS. Instead of manually resizing icons in design software or hunting down templates, you describe what you want or upload a reference image, and we handle the rest.

How It Started

Every app developer knows the pain: you finish building your app, and then you need 15 different icon sizes for the App Store, 6 density variants for Google Play, and another batch for Huawei App Gallery. It is tedious, error-prone, and takes time away from building your product. Icon Factory was built to make that step instant.

Icon Factory combines AI image generation (Tongyi Wanxiang) with server-side image processing (sharp) to produce high-quality PNG icons at every required dimension. The entire pipeline — from text prompt to ZIP download — is optimized for speed and quality.
